Warranty & Device Care
The Ultra Cold Jet T33™ includes a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects affecting the main unit.
If the device screen is damaged in a way that prevents the unit from powering on or operating properly, the main unit is considered faulty and is covered under the 1-year warranty.
Please note that the device’s core module is a delicate internal component that must be handled with exceptional care. Although damage to this component is highly unlikely under normal use, it is comparable in fragility to a camera lens and should be treated with the same level of caution. Due to the specialized nature of this component, core module replacement is not covered under warranty and, if required, will be provided at the customer’s expense.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are FINAL. No refunds or returns are permitted for any Offering, including digital goods, memberships, event tickets, or consulting sessions. Mandatory legal rights, if applicable, remain unaffected.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Offerings
These Terms apply to all products and services sold by Pro Plasma Esthetic, including but not limited to Professional devices, Consumer/Home devices, consumables, accessories, replacement parts, memberships, subscriptions, digital products, training programs, consulting services, educational materials, live and virtual events (collectively, the “Offerings”).
2. Professional Eligibility
Professional devices are for licensed/certified/qualified beauty and medical practitioners only. By purchasing, you confirm you are legally authorized to buy and use the device in your jurisdiction. We may request proof of credentials and may cancel orders if requirements are not met. Consumer/Home devices are excluded.
3. Orders, Payments & Taxes
Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, and all government fees. You authorize payment upon order. We may refuse or cancel orders for fraud, errors, or misuse. Buyers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs,duties, and import charges. Effective July 2025, a tariff is required to be paid in the amount of $20-$30 to DHL once items ships from our warehouse. This is a government fee and nothing to do with us. DHL will send a text and try to collect close to delivery.
4. Tariffs & Customs
All customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in pricing or shipping. These fees vary by country and are set by customs authorities. Refused or unpaid shipments resulting in returns, storage, or loss are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
5. Final Sale Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges unless required by law. This applies to all products, services, training, memberships, and digital items.
6. Warranty & Device Support
T33 Warranty is covered by a one year manufacturers warranty. Devices are covered only for manufacturer defects. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, drops, liquid, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, wear and tear, or consumables. 7. Excluded Warranty: T33 Core Modulator
The Core Modulator is excluded from warranty. It is a delicate optical component. Damage from impact or mishandling is not covered. Replacement cost is $750 USD + shipping.
All products are otherwise provided “AS IS” without additional warranties.
8. Memberships & Subscriptions
Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. They are non-transferable and non-refundable. Cancellation stops future billing only. Benefits and pricing may change with notice.
9. Events & Trainings
All registrations are non-refundable. Transfers may be allowed at our discretion. If we cancel an event, you will receive a credit or refund of the registration fee only. Travel and related costs are not reimbursed. Attendance may include photo/video consent unless opt-out is requested 48 hours prior.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, branding, and training remain the property of Pro Plasma Esthetic. Purchases grant limited, non-transferable use only. Copying, sharing, or resale is prohibited without written permission.
11. Shipping & Responsibility
Buyers must inspect shipments within 3 business days. Professional users are responsible for maintaining all required licenses and legal compliance. Use of devices does not grant legal authorization to perform treatments without Certification
12. Results & Compliance
Results vary and are not guaranteed. We make no claims regarding clinical, financial, or business outcomes. Users are responsible for proper use, consent, insurance, and compliance with all laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
13. Liability & Indemnification
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or treatment-related claims. You agree to indemnify Pro Plasma Esthetic against claims arising from misuse or legal violations. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by New York State law. Any disputes will be handled in Onondaga County, New York. If any part is invalid, the rest remains enforceable. These Terms represent the full agreement unless otherwise stated in a separate written contract.
