The Science:
•JET technology incorporates a combination of CAP (Cooler atmospheric plasma), J Plasma and Ozone Plasma.
1) CAP or Cold Plasma (Cooler Atmospheric Plasma) Atmospheric plasma is a type of plasma that is created at near-ambient temperatures and pressures (room temperature), making it much easier and safer for Clients than traditional plasma technologies such as Fibroblast Plasma. We are able to achieve CAP without a helium or nitrogen installation with high voltage.

2) Jet:  similar to J Plasma plastic surgeons use in higher form beneath the surface to shrink and tighten minus the RF. Jet produces cool plasma that is transmitted through the tips consumable through high voltage and electrical energy to penetrate the surface of the skin without any pain or trauma. We are able to reach the deepest layers of the skin for collagen regeneration, slow cell necrosis,  repair /remodel the cellular structure from the inside out and provide product penetration up to 5mm beneath the surface.
3) Ozone Plasma:
Ozone plasma technology differs from High Frequency as it uses energy delivered from plasma rather than light or a current. Plasma Ozone works by delivering millisecond pulses of nitrogen-based plasma to the skin. When the plasma is formed oxygen molecules are split into single oxygen atoms which then recombine with O2 and forms ozone (O3).
This is beneficial for healing many surface skin conditions and sterilizing the skin.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Scope of Offerings
Applies to all Pro Plasma Esthetic Professional products and services, and Home goods Consumer products including devices, consumables, digital goods, memberships, trainings, events, and consulting (collectively, “Offerings”).
2. Orders, Payments & Taxes
Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping. You authorize full payment through your selected method, including recurring charges. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to prevent fraud or misuse. Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes and import fees/tariffs and is given an extra consumable in package to offset as a courtesy. 
3. Final Sale Policy
All sales are FINAL. No refunds or returns are permitted for any Offering, including digital goods, memberships, event tickets, or consulting sessions. Mandatory legal rights, if applicable, remain unaffected.
4. Warranty & Device Support
Devices are covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty for verified defects. Misuse, wear, unauthorized repair, or accidental damage are excluded. All other Offerings are provided “as is,” with no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
5. Memberships & Subscriptions
Automatically renew at the listed interval until canceled. No partial refunds. Access is personal, non-transferable, and contingent on timely payment and policy compliance. We may update or discontinue features with prior notice before renewal.
6. Events & Trainings
All tickets are non-refundable. Transfers or rescheduling may be allowed per listing terms. If an event is canceled or postponed by us, a comparable credit or refund of the ticket price (excluding travel/lodging) will be issued. Attendance implies consent to photography/recording for marketing unless you opt out in writing 48 hours prior.
7. Intellectual Property & Usage
All devices, content, logos, materials, and training assets are proprietary. You receive a non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only. No reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written consent. Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.
8. Shipping, Risk & Practitioner Compliance
Title and risk of loss transfer to buyer upon carrier delivery. Buyer must inspect shipments promptly. Practitioners are responsible for ensuring proper training, licensing, and lawful use of all devices and protocols. 
9. Liability, Indemnity & Force Majeure
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Offering. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any misuse or legal violation. We are not responsible for delays or failures beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply issues, governmental actions).
10. Governing Law & Entire Agreement
Governed by the laws of New York, with exclusive venue in Onondaga County, NY. If any term is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. This Agreement supersedes prior terms, with specific product listings controlling in case of conflict.
